All you need to know
We are pleased that you are interested in Apartments by Simmerlwirt. The booking works just as you know from other hotels or booking portals and with just a few clicks you book your next perfect stay.
A few days before your arrival we will send you an e-mail with all the information about the check-in. Since we don't have any employees on site, you'll find a short guide below how to get access to your apartment and house 24/7.
Let's go:
After your online check-in, the welcome screen appears. There you simply tap “Retain key” to start the process.
You will be forwarded to a new screen.
1. Tap “Open” to start the app clip and download the key
2. When opening the key first, you will be asked to activate Bluetooth.
3. Tap “Activate” to start the function.
In the guest portal, you can use “Find My Rooms” to access your room for quick and easy access.
Once your room is ready on the day of arrival, just hold your smartphone to the door lock to open it.
Are you traveling with several people? You can share your key with up to two other people on the reservation.
1. Tap “Share”.
2. Select the desired guest and share the key with your preferred app (e.g. SMS, WhatsApp or email).
With the Digital Key you can check in contactlessly and have access to your smartphone:
• the garage,
• the entrance door,
• and your room.
If you need help during the activation or use of the Digital Keys, we are at your disposal at any time – you can access us directly via the guest portal.
