The easiest way to book directly through our website. Just click on “Book Now” – the process is as simple as you know from other hotels or booking portals. A small tip: Even if we are represented on all the well-known booking platforms – you will always find the best price directly with us!

Your car is safely accommodated with us – either on a covered parking space or in the underground garage. A parking space is reserved for each apartment. You can find out what kind of parking space is for you in your booking confirmation. If you need another parking space, please contact us via the guest portal. With your digital room key, you can also access the garage.

Just before you arrive, you will receive an email with the request for check-in. You will find all the information we need from you. Once the check-in is completed, you can download your digital room key directly to your phone. A step-by-step guide can be found in the “Check-in” section on our website.

A Wallet key allows you to store your digital room key so you can unlock doors using your phone or a compatible smartwatch.

If your device is compatible with Wallet keys, you will see an Add to Wallet button at the end of your online check-in.

Don’t worry, you can always check in at the front desk when you arrive at the hotel, either in person or at our check-in kiosk. If needed, you can also ask for assistance!

Yes, you can use both.

If you book multiple rooms on the same date, the Wallet key is only activated for the room you are assigned to. If you book a room on multiple dates, a different Wallet key is activated for each stay. Each key is only active for your current stay after you complete your online check-in.

If your Android phone is misplaced or lost, you should use the Find My Device app to remotely delete/wipe a lost device. Find, secure, or erase a lost Android device - Google Account Help.
